Newborn sessions, I know how quick it goes. I know how hard it can be. I love everything about creating images that feel like a portal into your feelings and this wild experience that is carrying a child. I love the anticipation of awaiting a little human to arrive. Watching the transformation of mothers, mentally and physically. An intimate, organic maternity session is such a beautiful way to honor this new beginning of your motherhood. It’s such a gift to your child but also to yourself, to be able to preserve the feelings to remember them.

Your job is to take a deep breath and be yourself. Let me do the rest. My favorite photos are when my client is in their element, in their most relaxed state so my goal is to put you at ease. A big part of that is communicating how a session with work and answering any questions. My hope is to photograph you with so much ease. That you go into a session knowing that all the other aspects are being taken care of and that you can show up and be present and trust that you will be taken care of. I do a lot to make you feel comfortable so our time can unfold naturally and a lot of gentle directing so that you feel beautiful when you look back on these images. I want you to see these images and know that they fully reflect YOU. Let me notice all the beautiful parts of this time and give you a little mirror to step back into when you want to remember this time. A proof of your presence when your kids are older and this time is a faint memory.
